Guardian iPhone App Improved
![]() |
The Guardian have updated their iPhone App which brings the latest news content to your Apple device. The new version improves on the previous iteration with the addition of a number of new features.
Videos are now available on the application so you can view video reports from around the world , which is good news for all those too lazy to read. Another new feature is the addition of a live scores section which enables you to keep up-to-date with all the latest football scores.
For the time on the application you can also browse reader comments left at the Guardian Online and very soon the app will enable you to add your own comments.
Other features of the Guardian iPhone app include the availability of audio podcasts, photo galleries in high-res retina display quality, live blogs and the possibility of offline reading.
The Guardian iPhone app has a subscription fee of £3.99 a year, which is very cheap when you consider the newspaper costs 90p per day.
