We know that the Motorola Xoom will be the first tablet to launch with Android 3.0 ( Honeycomb ) and now the official logo for Honeycomb has been uncovered.
Its above, and is revealed by CNET as being a black and blue bee which glows a shade.
Google recently released the SDK ( software development kit ) to developers and the new logo sorta sets the scene for the official blast-off at Mobile World Congress ( MWC ).
Android 3.0 has been specifically designed for tablets and notably brings 3D effects and for running apps you get better viewing options. We can expect to hear the final specification details for Honeycomb at MWC of course.
The Motorola Xoom does not quite have a release date but im sure we will hear at MWC in 2 weeks time. Its thought those in the US will get an earlier launch date than us here in Europe.
