Samsung have announced a new mobile in their Corby range, the Samsung Corby Folder.

The Samsung Corby Folder is a clamshell phone, which we always think implies budget and no doubt the Samsung Corby Folder is a value mobile.

The feature list is distinctly average, but at the price it’s going to market at it will no doubt have takers. The Corby Folder has a 2.6 inch QVGA screen, a 3.2 megapixel camera and microSD support.

The phone is slightly pre-historic, with no touch-screen or QWERTY keyboard but we’re sure there are customers looking for a basic budget phone or youngsters who this phone will suit perfectly.

The Samsung Corby Folder will launch in Korea to begin with, but is likely to spread across Europe at a later date.
