Sony's waterproof smartphone is coming soon to Three

Three have confirmed that they'll be stocking the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact which is great news for consumers because they'll be able to enjoy '4G at no extra cost. They are also the only operator in the UK offering unlimited 4G data, so you'll be able to browse at super speed to your hearts content.

Three are yet to reveal their Xperia Z1 Compact tariffs, but you can be pretty confident that they'll offer some great value 4G deals. You can register your interest in the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact on Three here to be the first to know when it becomes available to buy.

The Sony Xperia Z1 Compact is a stunning smartphone that packs everything that made the Xperia Z1 great into a smaller 4.3-inch form-factor. That means you get the same 2.2GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and the same stunning 20.7 mega-pixel camera.

You'll be pleased to hear that it's also waterproof and dust-proof, while it also comes pre-loaded with  Android Jelly Bean (4.3). And it's 4.3 inch Trilluminous display delivers incredible colour reproduction and sharpness thanks to Sony's Mobile Bravia 2 engine.

We're currently putting together our Sony Xperia Z1 Compact review and should post in the next few days. Let's just say for now that things are looking very good for Sony's smartphone and it's currently the most-loved smartphone around the office.

We've already posted our Sony Xperia Z1 Compact vs HTC One mini vs Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini shootout. As well putting together face-offs between the Xperia Z1 Compact vs iPhone 5S and Xperia Z1 Compact vs iPhone 5C.
