Vertu have been producing luxury smartphones for year already and they've now unveiled their latest creation, the Vertu Ti.
The Vertu Ti is the first mobile produced since the company was sold by Nokia to EQT at the end of last year. Previous mobiles produced by Vertu include the Vertu Ascend Ti Ferrari , and the Vertu Ascent X.
The Vertu Ti is an Android smartphone with a high-end specification made from the most luxurious materials in the world including Sapphire Crystal and Titanium . Various different finishes are available with prices starting at £6700, so most of us can only dream of owning the smartphone.
What do you get for your money ?
Firstly, you get a smartphone which has been handmade from scratch by craftsman from over 180 individual parts. The most important of which is the 3.7 inch WVGA touch-screen made from Sapphire Crystal which makes it four times stronger than other smartphones and scratchproof.
While, the body of Vertu Ti is made from Grade 5 which makes it 5 times stronger than other smartphones and at the same time keeps the smartphone lightweight. Android Ice Cream Sandwich comes pre-loaded on the smartphone which is slightly disappointing.
The Vertu Ti is powered by a 1.7 GHz dual-core processor and comes with a whopping 64GB of onboard memory. The smartphone has both a rear-facing 8 mega-pixel camera and a front-facing 1.3 mega-pixel snapper for video calling.
The Vertu Ti is available right now in a number of different models including Titanium Black Leather (£6700) Euros), Titanium Pure Black (£7900) and Titanium Black PVD Red Gold Mixed Metals (£16.500).
