The Samsung Galaxy S4 is currently the most talked about smartphone on the planet, which has recently escalated to even higher levels, as rumours have intensified to focus on a launch during March. Many industry insiders are predicting a launch at a rumoured Galaxy S4 New York press event on the 14th March.
One insider, Peter Misek of Jefferies, the investment analysts, is forecasting sales of over 100 million for the Samsung Galaxy S4 during its lifetime. This is not unreasonable as Samsung themselves were predicting sales of up to 10 million a month for the early months of its launch.
Looking at the S4's predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy S3, it sold over 40 million units in its first 7 months and is expected to sell a total of around 60 million units during its lifetime. It would not therefore be unreasonable to see the new improved Samsung Galaxy S4 outsell its stablemate by forty percent.
The specification and features of the Samsung galaxy S4, although nothing has yet been confirmed, are rumoured to include : a 4.99 inch full HD Super AMOLED touch screen display, a display resolution of 920 x 1080 pixels ( 441 PPI ) Exynos 8 core processor, Android Key Lime Pie, 13 mega-pixel camera, and 4G connectivity.
3G will be sure to keep track of the Samsung Galaxy S4 and write more as it becomes available and will post our Samsung Galaxy S4 Review at the earliest opportunity.
