Three To Double Mobile Broadband Speeds This Year !
Mobile broadband, HSPA+, Three

Three have announced that they will be doubling the speeds of their mobile broadband this year.
This feat will be achieved by updating their HSPA+ network by deploying a dual-carrier upgrade. That'll improve speeds from the current maximum of 21 Mbps up to 42 Mbps , which opens up a whole new avenue of options, such as HD video streaming.
Three have long been pioneers in Mobile Broadband and they aren't ready to stop innovating just yet. Once the new dual-carrier network goes live you might have to upgrade your device, but the Galaxy SII and iPhone 4S are both ready for the new speeds.
However, Three's MiFi devices and mobile broadband dongles will need to be upgraded to take advantage of the new speeds. Right now they don't have any dual-carrier devices available to buy, but they are expected to appear later in the year.
