Last month we brought you news that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus would be launching in White sometime in February.

Samsung have now officially confirmed that the Galaxy Nexus will be available in White from February 13th in the UK. White smartphones are still hugely popular and the Galaxy Nexus is a great smartphone that runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich.

We're not sure what operators will carry the new White version, but we predict that all the operators currently offering the Galaxy Nexus will offer the new colour. It should be the same price too, because the specification remains identical to the original Black version.

The Samsung Galaxy Nexus has a 4.65 inch touch-screen (720p) and is powered by a 1.2 Ghz dual-core processor. It has 1GB of RAM, a 5 mega-pixel camera and supports NFC, 3G and WiFi. You can read 3G's review of the Galaxy Nexus by clicking here.
