Are you bored with all the me-too smartphones around and are looking for something different ? Well how was a smartphone made from Bamboo sound ?

That's exactly what design student Kieron-Scott Woodhouse has come up with. The ADZero is made from 4 year old bamboo which has been treated to improve its durability and the result is stunning !

The mobile was showcased at the London Design Week last year and proved hugely popular which has ensured it'll launch later in 2012. It'll run on the Android platform when it hits and will be half the weight of the Apple iPhone, while at the same time having a larger screen.

The ADZero also incorporates a circular camera flash, which minimized shadows and has yet to appear on any other mobile. The rest of the specification is still unknown, but when the mobile looks this stunning who cares.

Our only concern is price and we hope that it isn't priced stupidly high, because the folks at 3G are very excited by this mobile if it comes at the right price.
