Vodafone Announce Array Of New Smartphones

Vodafone have announced they will be stocking a number of new smartphones. All of the new devices run on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), which is at the cutting edge of mobile technology.

 

Three HTC mobiles are among the devices coming soon to Vodafone. The first of which is the HTC ChaCha , which is a social networking smartphone that features a dedicated Facebook button that enables the sharing of content with one-button press. The HTC ChaCha has a 2,6 inch touch-screen and a full QWERTY keyboard.

 

The HTC Desire S, the successor to the Desire, will also be coming to Vodafone. It has an improved processor, better battery and new design. The HTC Wildfire S will also be added to Vodafone’s range, which features an improved higher resolution touch-screen.

 

Two Sony Ericsson mobiles are also coming to Vodafone which the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play (pictured above) being one of them. The Xperia Play has a sliding game-pad which features a d-pad, two analogue touch-pads, 4 face-buttons and 2 shoulder-buttons. It also features a high-end specification making it the best gaming device in the world.

 

The second Sony Ericsson mobile arriving on Vodafone is the Xperia Neo, which is available exclusively from Vodafone in the UK. The Neo is a high-specification smartphone which a stylish design that has a 3.7 inch touch-screen, 8 mega-pixel camera and 1 GHz Snapdragon processor.

 

Vodafone also confirmed the Samsung Galaxy S2, Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc, Google Nexus S and LG Optimus 3D will be coming to their network.

 

In addition Vodafone announced they will be stocking the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, which brings dual-core processing and Android 3.0 to to the tablet market.
