The Samsung Galaxy Apollo will be getting Android 2.2 very soon. That is if the unofficial Samsung Twitter SamFirmware is to be believed.
The blog stated that the Android 2.2 would be coming to KIES very soon with initial reports suggesting the date will be in February or March.
The information is yet to be confirmed by Samsung, but if it is true the mobile will get a nice set of new features.
Full Adoble Flash 10.1 support will come to the mobile as well as the ability to use your mobile as a WiFi hotspot. Other improvements include the ability to install applications on a microSD card and general performance improvements.
The Samsung Galaxy Apollo is a mid-range smartphone that is available on all the major operators. It's specification includes a 3.2 inch touch-screen, 3 mega-pixel camera, FM radio and 3G and WiFi support.
