T-Mobile have added a Violet version of the Blackberry Curve 3G to its mobile store.

The full title of the new colour is "smoky violet" , which is no doubt an attempt to make the colour appeal more to men. We think they've achieved their goal and produced a colour which is both unusual and unisex.

The Blackberry Curve 3G is an entry level Blackberry smartphone and our review concluded that it was "a superb messaging phone" (Full Review Here). The specification of the Curve 3G includes a QWERTY keyboard, 2 mega-pixel camera, WiFi , Bluetooth and built-in GPS.

The Blackberry Curve 3G in Smoky Violet is available free on contracts starting at £25.54 a month, which gets you 300 minutes, 300 texts and 500mb of data.
