Samsung have announced a new touch screen mobile, the Samsung Monte.

The Samsung Monte has a 3 inch touch screen with a widescreen aspect ratio, making it great for multimedia playback. It also features Samsungs TouchWiz 2.0 interface, which is an intuitive and efficient touch interface.

It also comes with a 3.2 megapixel camera, which features face detection, smile shot and panorama shot mode. The Samsung Monte also comes with in-built GPS which is supported by Google Latitude. Google Latitude enables you to tab your geographical location on their photos to share locations with friends.

Social networking is also a bit feature of the Samsung Monte and it features built-in applications for Facebook and Myspace as well as widgets for Twitter and Bebo. Additionally, it features multi instant messaging capability to chat in real-time with your friends.

Additional features of the Samsung Monte include Wi-Fi , Google Sync, Exchange ActiveSync for email and Outlook calendar.

News of the launch date of the Samsung Monte will be announced at the Mobile World Congress next week.
