The Sony Xperia E was unveiled earlier this month and it looks like the affordable smartphone will be coming to the UK in February.
The information comes from the Carphone Warehouse who've added Sony's smartphone to their store where it's listed as launching in February. Sadly, the retailer hasn't listed any details on price or on what exact date the smartphone is expected to arrive.
The Sony Xperia E is an affordable Android Jelly Bean smartphone that will be available in both dual-SIM and single-SIM versions. The smartphone is pretty compact and comes with a 3.5 inch touch-screen (480*320 pixels) , while it's powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and has 512MB of RAM.
On-board memory comes in at 4GB which can be expanded using microSD cards, while the Xperia E also has a 3.2 mega-pixel camera. Supported connectivity includes 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and DLNA, while it also features XLoud technology and comes pre-loaded with Sony's Walkman application.
The dual-SIM version will be available in Black or Gold, while the single-SIM model comes in a choice of White, Black or Pink. As soon as 3G get news on the exact launch date and price of the Xperia E you'll be the first to know.< Back
