Sky Go Now Available On Android Jelly Bean Devices !

Sky have released a new version of their popular Sky Go application for Google Android and iOS. The big news is the Android version finally adds supports for Android Jelly Bean


Sky Go enables Sky subscribers to watch on-demand and live TV on their smartphone or tablet, as well being able to control their Sky+ remotely. Content can be streamed on Sky Go over either 3G or WiFi which makes it the perfect travel companion .


Until now anyone with a device running the latest version of Android couldn't take advantage of the service, but that's all changed with the release of the latest version. Noticeable Android Jelly Bean devices now supported include the Google Nexus 7, LG Nexus 4, Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Samsung Galaxy SIII LTE.


The new Sky Go app also works on the Sony Xperia T and Xperia Xperia S , as well as adding support for HTC smartphones. HTC devices now supported include the HTC One X, HTC One XL, HTC One S and HTC One V and the HTC Desire X.


Sky have also released a new version of the Sky Go application for Apple's iOS platform. The latest version includes access to on-demand listings and the ability to remotely program a Sky+ box. As you'd expect it supports the full range of Apple devices including the iPhone 5, iPad Mini and iPod Touch.
