The Nokia Lumia 620 will launch at the start of next year and will be priced at $249 in the US meaning it's likely to retail for around £200 in the UK. We don't have details on exactly when the smartphone will land in the UK, but as soon as we get more information you'll be the first to know.
So what about the mobile itself ? Well, the Nokia Lumia 620 carries on Nokia's colourful approach because it's available in 7 vibrant exchangeable shells and also introduces a new dual-shot colour technique. Dual-shot adds a second layer of polycarbonate on top of the base layer to produce secondary color blends and depth effects.
Nokia's Lumia 620 has a 3.8 inch Clearback display which runs at a resolution of 800*480 pixels. Obviously, this isn't as good as the display on either the Lumia 820 or 920 , but it's still a solid touch-screen.
The smartphone is powered by a dual-core 1 GHz Snapdragon S4 processor and has 512MB of RAM. On-board memory weighs in at 8GB and can be expanded by up to 64GB using microSD cards, while you also get 7GB of Skydrive cloud-based storage free with the smartphone.
The Nokia Lumia 620 also has a 5 mega-pixel rear-facing camera and a front-facing VGA camera for video calling. It also includes the "Cinemagraph Lens" feature which can add simple animations to snaps and "Smart Shoot" which creates one perfect image from multiple pictures.
Supported connectivity includes NFC, WiFi, 3G and Bluetooth. Sadly that means it doesnt support 4G, but that's to be expected on a mid-range smartphone. The Nokia Lumia 920 will be available in a choice of lime green, orange, magenta, yellow, cyan, white and black and will launch early in 2013.
