Everything Everywhere Gearing Up To Sell Wireless Spectrum
Everything Everywhere, Orange UK, T-Mobile

Everything Everywhere have announced that they are in the process of appointing financial advisers in order to sell a significant part of its wireless spectrum.
Everything Everywhere were ordered to sell some of its wireless spectrum in order to complete the merger of T-Mobile and Orange. However, they were expected to wait to sell their wireless spectrum until the 4G spectrum auction at the end of 2012.
They've obviously changed their mind and are now expected to have advisers in place by the end of January. Both O2 and Vodafone are expected to bid on the spectrum, which is estimated to be worth £425 million.
Wireless spectrum is getting more and more important because of the increased demand of new wireless technologies, such as 3G and 4G. For that reason we expect a lot of interested parties in the auction.
Once we hear anymore news about Everything Everywhere's spectrum auction we'll let you know.
