Blackberry 10 Smartphones Delayed Until Late 2012

RIM have announced that they won't be releasing any smartphones running Blackberry 10 until late 2012. The reason given by the company is that the processors used in Blackberry 10 smartphones won't be available until the second half of 2012.
This is both disappointing for consumers and very bad news for Blackberry themselves. Blackberry have had the most testing quarter in its history with profits dropping 27 per cent.
The launch of Blackberry 10, which was previously known as QNX and BBX, could have given the company a much needed boost but we wonder whether it'll launch to late to make a difference.
In the last couple of months we've seen rumours about new Blackberry 10 smartphones appear online, which gave us false hope of seeing them released soon.
The Blackberry London (pictured above) is widely expected to be the first smartphone to launch running the new OS, while the Blackberry Milan is to be another phone that will run on Blackberry 10.
Once 3G gets anymore news about Blackberry 10 smartphones you'll be the first to know.
