Europe : LG have announced that the success of its LG Cookie shows no signs of slowing down.
The latest sales figures show that LG have now sold over 10 million LG Cookies worldwide.
It’s quite an astonishing figure considering the LG Cookie is only just over a year old, having launched in November 2008. We brought you news back in April that the LG Cookie had sold 2 million units in its first five months and the momentum has only increased since then and then in July we brought you news of 5 million sales.
These figures make the LG Cookie the best selling LG mobile ever!
When we reviewed the LG Cookie here at 3G.co.uk, we summarized that “If you are looking for a stylish yet affordable handset, then the LG Cookie could be for you”. Therefore, it’s not surprising to see it selling in vast numbers and we’d imagine a significant number of those sales come from the teen market.
The LG Cookie has 3.1 megapixel camera, a touch-screen with haptic feedback, customizable home-screen and a 3D accelerometer.
