TaxiFair App Now Available To Download On iPhone !

Have you ever been in a taxi and wondered whether the driver could be taking you on unnecessary detours to charge you more ? Well now there is a solution thanks to the release of an application called TaxiFair !
The TaxiFair application, which is available to download from iTunes , predicts the cost of a taxi journey before you even enter the cab. However, it gets even better because the application will use your iPhone's GPS and Google Maps to monitor the journey in real-time.
This enables you to know what price you should be paying and highlights any digressions the driver might have made. The data is then stored on your smartphone and can be shared anonymously to make the application's database even more accurate.
The developer of the application, Tink Tank, are Irish and consequently the application supports the whole of Ireland. However, London is also supported as are many other major locations worldwide with more and more being added all the time !
3G expects the application to be used mainly by tourists and it should easily save you more than the 69p you have to pay for the premium version of the application. You can download TaxiFair from iTunes by clicking here.
