The Motorola RAZR MAXX has been available in the US for some time and it's UK launch is long overdue. The good news is that the wait is now over because the RAZR MAXX is available to buy from the Carphone Warehouse.
The Carphone Warehouse are offering Motorola's smartphone free from £20.50 a month on Vodafone, O2, Orange or T-Mobile. Those interested in the smartphone can also buy it SIM-free from the usual retailers.
Another piece of good news related to the RAZR MAXX is that Motorola have begun rolling out Android Ice Cream Sandwich for the smartphone in the UK. The update, like the smartphone, has been available for a long time in the US and is only now coming to our shores.
The RAZR MAXX has taken so long to launch that its successor, the Motorola RAZR MAXX HD , is gearing up to launch in the States. However, it'll no doubt be around 6 months later until we can even think about getting the smartphone.
