The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 was announced earlier in the month and is now available to buy in the UK. However, one thing we forgot to cover when we brought you news of the device is that it features both Samsung Smart Stay and Pop Up Play technology.
Both features were introduced in the Samsung Galaxy SIII and have been brought across to Samsung's new tablet.
Samsung Smart Stay (pictured above) ensures that the Note's display only dims when a user isn't looking at the screen. It does this by using the tablets front-facing camera to detect when a user is looking at the device's display. This is a great idea because we've often found our tablets dimming on us while we were still using them.
Samsung's Pop Up Play technology enables users to watch a video on the Galaxy Note 10.1 and do other things at the same time. The technology shrinks the video down to thumbnail size so you can continue doing other tasks while you listen/watch the video. If at anytime you want to make the video bigger again you just click on it to bring it back to full-size.
3G will also bring you news when the Galaxy Note 10.1 becomes available to buy on any UK operators and any other news related to Samsung's new tablet.
