Orange Smartphone Users Get A Free Weekly Movie

Orange mobile phone users will soon be able to receive free movies on their smartphones. The new offering from Orange is called Orange Film to Go and the movies can be downloaded for free from iTunes.

It launches this Thursday and there will be a free movie every Thursday. The first film is called My Blueberry Nights ( see trailer below ) starring Norah Jones, Jude Law, Natalie Portman, Rachel Weisz and lasts one hour thirty minutes.  Others confirmed are the The Wrestler, The Ghost and Che:Part One. To start receiving the new movies just heed over to Orange UK's facebook page or text FILMTOGO to 85060.

Once downloaded you have a month to watch the movie or once you press play it needs to be watched within 48 hours. The movies can only be downloaded on a Thursday .

The free offer is also available to Orange 3G Mobile Broadband customers in the same way. You can then sync the movie to your iPad or iPod Touch.
