Blackberry confirmed the Torch 9860 earlier this month along with two other Blackberry OS7 smartphones, the Bold 9900 and the Torch 9810.
The Blackberry Torch 9860 is unlike a lot of other Blackberry smartphones because it lacks a QWERTY keyboard. However, it more than makes up for the omission with its 3.7 inch touch-screen which is perfect for web-browsing and multi-media playback.
The specification is similar in other ways to the Bold 9900 meaning it has the amazing 1.2 Ghz processor and 768MB of ram giving enough power to fully utilise Blackberry OS 7. A 5 mega-pixel camera is also present and it will support Near-Field Communications.
Blackberry OS 7 is an amazing operating system with a browser that is 40 per cent faster than OS6, comes with Blackberry messenger 6 and has amazing social networking features.
The launch date for the Blackberry Torch 9860 hasn't been given, but once we hear more about the new touch-screen Blackberry you'll be the first to know.
