Samsung Galaxy S Now Divx Certified
![]() |
The Samsung Galaxy S has become only the second mobile to achieve Divx certification, with the only other Divx certified mobile being the Samsung Wave.
Divx certification means that the Samsung Galaxy S can playback 720p videos smoothly and efficiently, which is quite a feat for a mobile considering how some older laptops still struggle with playback.
The Samsung Galaxy S can also connect to other Divx certifiied devices , such as a HDTV, enabling it to become a set-top boxto stream content.
The Samsung Galaxy S has a 1 GHz mobile processor and can display amazing 3D graphics, while movies can stored on microSD cards which are supported up to 32GB in size.
