The BlackBerry Torch 9800 was announced yesterday and is the first device to run on BlackBerry OS 6, which signals a move towards more entertainment based smartphones for BlackBerry.
Orange have become the second network to announce they will be stocking the new mobile, after Vodafone confirmed they will carry the device yesterday.
The BlackBerry Torch has a 3.2 inch touch-screen, full QWERTY keypad, 624MHZ mobile processor and a 5 mega-pixel camera which will have zero shutter delay, autofocus and geo-tagging.
The Torch is much more multi-media based than older Blackberry mobiles and features a new improved visual interface, social networking applications, an improved media player and will record video.
The BlackBerry Torch will be launching at the end of this month.
