B&Q has launched a new application for iPhone which will help you to complete DIY tasks.

The application offers you advice on how to undertake the most common DIY tasks, gives you safety advice, tells you what tools you'll need and tips on what to wear. All the advice is provided by experts employed by B&Q. Tasks that are covered include laying patio slabs, replacing electrical switches and much more.

The application enables you to share your advice on Twitter and Facebook and will also provide a map to show you your nearest store, the latest promotions and the prices of items in store.

The application is available on both the iPhone and the iPad and is available from the App store right now.
