Datang Takes 3G Monitoring Solution

Europe : RADCOM, Ltd., a leading network test and quality management solutions provider, announced that Datang Telecom Technology, Co., Ltd., has selected the Cellular Performer system for mobile data services testing. Datang Telecom Technology is a leading telecommunications integrator and equipment supplier headquartered in Bejing, China.

They use the Cellular Performer ( inset above ) to monitor the performance of mobile subscriber services provisioned over TD-SCDMA based networks. TD-SCDMA (Time Division Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access) is an innovative mobile radio standard that supports both mobile Internet access and multimedia applications.

The Cellular Performer is a system solution that monitors the performance of Radio Access, Core Signaling and Core IP network components. By detecting network errors and abnormal session/call scenarios, it significantly decreases troubleshooting time and expense.
