It’s no surprise that Three is now stocking Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S5. It’s such a major handset that we’d expect everywhere that’s even looked at a phone to sell it.
The Samsung Gear 2 Neo has a 1.63 inch Super AMOLED screen and looks more like an actual watch than last year’s Galaxy Gear. It’s also water and dust resistant so you needn’t be afraid to wear it outside and it’s got a bunch of useful features such as allowing you to make and receive calls, get notifications from your phone, listen to music through the built in player with a Bluetooth headset, control your TV and there’s also a Fitness Manager which tracks your exercise progress.
The Gear Fit is even more fitness focused as you might have guessed from the name. It has a different design with a longer 1.84 inch screen and looks more like a fitness band than a conventional watch. It lets you receive notifications from your phone, answer or reject calls, control alarms and more.
It’s not quite as feature packed as the Gear 2 Neo but it’s lighter at just 27g, just as dust and water resistant and has the same Fitness Manager, which works as a heart rate monitor and pedometer among other things.
Both the Gear 2 Neo and the Gear Fit are available now from Three for £199.99, while the Samsung Galaxy S5 itself will set you back £549.99 on pay as you go or from £38 per month on contract.
