Sky Go is an application that enables smartphone and tablets owners to watch Sky TV on their mobile devices. The app is already available on selected Android and iOS devices and the good news is that more devices have now been added.
Back in December Sky Go was rolled out to select Android Jelly Bean devices and a number latest smartphones are now supported.
Sony's Xperia Z is now supported and its 5 inch full HD display will deliver a truly stunning viewing experience. While, owners of the HTC One can now also enjoy Sky on the cutting-edge mobile which has a 1080p display.
The news that'll please the most amount people is that Sky have also built-in support for the Samsung Galaxy S4. This means that the Sky Go application will be available to download when the smartphones launches in the UK this Friday.
Sky TV subscribers can watch live TV or on-demand content using the Sky Go application. Channels available on the service include Sky Sports, Sky Sports F1, Sky Movies and Sky One. However, you can only access channels you subscribe to on your Sky subscription.
Users can choose to pay a separate mobile subscription , but it's pretty pricey and we'd recommend choosing a Sky home subscription instead. The Sky Go application can be downloaded right now from Google Play or Apple's App Store.
