Vodafone have announced that they will be bringing the Microsoft KIN mobile to the UK.

Details were sketchy but we think it’s the Microsoft Kin 2 that will be launched by Vodafone, which is the larger premium Kin Mobile.

The Microsoft KIN mobile is designed specifically for social networks and aims to provide a full social experience on your mobile.

The Microsoft KIN 2 has a 3.2 inch capacitive touch-screen, QWERTY keyboard, 8 megapixel camera with flash and 8GB of onboard memory.

The KIN homescreen, known as KIN Loop, is always up to date in real-time showing you the latest social network updates. Additionally it will work with multiple social networks in one place, so you can view the latest Twitter, Facebook and Myspace updates on your home-screen.

Also it features KIN Spot, which is an easy way to share anything you want with your social networks. All you do is drag the file you want to share into the spot and it will automatically be shared.

KIN Studio is also supported which gives you a place to store your information and multi-media files online. The data is automatically backed up which means even if you lose your phone you don’t lose your contacts, images and phone history.

The Microsoft KIN also supports Zune and has a music player, FM radio, video player and podcast player. It comes with a Zune pass subscription which enables you to listen to millions of tracks online.
