There’s a steady flow of Augmented reality apps arriving in the Apple iPhone App store. The latest is Mr. Photo which is classed as a “Mixed Reality Photo” application. An Augmented reality app like Mr. Photo lets you combine what you see in the iPhone’s viewfinder with other information such as from Star Walk ( add stars above your photo ) and lots more sources too.

Mr. Photo also brings something new which is “texture tracking”. Texture tracking lets you add your own images to a photo taken on the iPhone. So its sort of like a photo editing tool which lets you add your content to a photo you are about to take or have taken on the iPhone.
