The Blackberry Pearl 3G was announced yesterday in the U.S. This is the smallest Blackberry yet and weighs under 95 grams and measures 107x50x13mm.

Basically it’s the same as the Blackberry Bold 9700 but smaller ( with TFT display, 3G HSDPA and WiFi ) and you can see the new Blackberry Pearl 3G close up above. 3G posted its Blackberry Bold 9700 Review back in November, 2009 when we confirmed it as "an excellent email device in a sleek and slim body".

3G.co.uk readers will be pleased to hear that we Brits will also get the Blackberry Pearl 3G this summer. The UK version appears to have a 14 key, keyboard rather than the 20 key edition the folks in the U.S. are getting.
