3G Operator 3 UK has confirmed that Free Google Maps Navigation is available on a number of its currently available handsets. These are the HTC Desire, Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, and the Samsung Galaxy Portal. You can check out these handsets here
Google Maps Navigation (Beta) is a 3G mobile internet connected GPS application which provides step by step voice direction, displays up to the minute maps with street and , locates without the need for a postcode or street name.
Google Maps Navigation (Beta) is part of Google Maps and is offered as a free download for Android users with Android 1.6 and above. It can be downloaded from Android Market.
