15th April , 2004

US : CinemaElectric, Inc. announces download growth rates for its PocketCinema(tm) digital video download product in Europe.

In a period starting in October 2003 and ending in January 2004, the company saw an average monthly growth of 150% per month in video downloads in three European countries: Germany, Austria and the United Kingdom. CinemaElectric anticipates actively launching video downloads in more than 15 countries worldwide by the end of Q3, 2004. Currently the Company distributes graphics and other multimedia to a global network.

PocketCinema(tm) video content is produced by CinemaElectric and custom formatted for mobile phones. Every major mobile phone manufacturer, including Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Siemens, LG and others either have multimedia phones in the market today or have announced new video phones that will be launched in 2004. Currently, CinemaElectric offer four "brands" of weekly video content: PocketGirls(tm) (models), Electric Catwalk(tm) (fashion), Action Sports and Movie Messages. Movies messages are designed to be used as video greetings and are offered in English, Spanish, French, Italian, German and Chinese.

CinemaElectric owns what is believed to be the world's largest library of formatted multimedia and video content for mobile devices. The company has a special focus on video content for mobile phone playback, both in the current 2.5G environments and into advanced, high-speed 3G networks.
