02 WONT GIVE ME A NOKIA N91 !!! read my nightmare !!!

Hello everyone
i made a few posts recently about the lies that were told to me by the 02 network here in the UK
anyway - i have had 2 Nokia N91 handsets and they were faulty.. i reordered a 3rd and was told they were discontinued from O2 Online because of too many being returned.. so i was offered the Nokia N80 instead
i was absolutely gutted because the N80 reception is awful, and YES thats on GSM mode!
the screen is superior to the N91 but Audio sucks compared to the N91...
anyway, i argued and argued with 02 and told them i want this handset, 5 people from LBM who are the company that send the handsets out told me YES the N91 was unavailable..
a couple of days later after recieving the N80, i phoned them up and told em i did not like the N80...
i tried my luck and asked for another N91, low and behold it WAS available... the man tells me he will send one out straight away.... i then wait 4 days and NO phone arrives...
i contact 02 again and they say SORRY the N91 is discontinued!!! ARE YOU GETTING ANGRY YET ??
after all this im stuck with the N80 with rubbish Audio and with a max volume thats not loud enough when listening to MP3`s !!

i dont know what i can do about all this, but will leave 02 when i recieve my 2nd N80 in replacement for my poor reception freezing buggy handset!

any advice?

im just gutted that i now could have had the chance to get an N91 and put version 2.00 firmware on it, and maybe have an excellent handset
now i wont get the chance!

going now, getting even more angry !

to be honest
it would take me over 30 minutes to explain the entire problem and i know i would just lose my temper with them

02 Online is nothing to do with going into an 02 shop
when LBM or O2 whatever they are called told me they didnt have the N91, i asked them if i could return the N80 and get an N91 from an 02 shop, they said NO

im leaving 02 anyway, had a guts full of their call centres, their ignorant rude staff, there systems are always down and u have to phone back all the time

i now have to decide on a different network

i was paying £55 a month for 400 anytime network minutes and got 1000 texts which i always pretty much use anyway..

ideas?

but if you really want the N91 then i guess you'll have to go face to face... yea its a big probelm when the staff dont really care but its something you just have to do... i say go and have a "word" with them and if u loose your temper i think they will just act faster (make sure alot of customers are around) and then leave the network... otherwise you can always sell the phone on ebay or something like that...

Hey!!

Im am also on an o2 online contract, ive got 4 days until i can upgrade to the n91, i rang o2 and asked if there was anyway i could get it on my o2 online contract, they said that I can go into a store, upgrade, keep my existing contract and walk away with the phone the same day. Not quite believing this i went into an o2 shop today after college, and explained the situation, I was told that they can do o2 online upgrades, and i can walk away with the phone the same day!! So get down an o2 shop and get the n91!! i'll be at one on Sunday getting an n91!!

Update: im now getting my phone from vodafone online!! The free extras r wkd!! I get 200 mins, 100 txts and then my free extras i chose were: 500 extra texts, Stop the clock, and 10% off my line rental!! and the phone is £70 less that it would have been if i'd upgraded on o2!!

I was dissapointed with o2 this year. Getting my phone was more difficult than it needed to be and they have overcharged me on 5 seperate occasions!!! All fixed but still...

ha ha sounds like people should stay away from o2 and go towards Vodafone... hehe i guess im really lucky that i dont have to deal with all that hehe...

I got my n91 wed, and its been runnin fine with my spare orange sim card in as i have been waiting for 02 to activate my sim..

They have just activated my sim, and now my phone has started to crash.

hahaha well its probebly not o2's fault its probebly just the firmware kicking in... lol
