Can N91 Record tracks from Radio?
I am confused, first few reviews of N91 says it can record from any music device + radio ...like N-Gage, directly on its HDD. Is this true? I cant find any option on the visual radio installed in N91..

i dont think we can record of the radio but if u use line in then it could be possible other wise good old keep the mic next to the speakers should do it...

i have the line-in cable, but cant see an option for record in visual radio... why?

i can confirm now the n91 does not support recording off radio you can always get third party software that supports that but the n91 does not have a built in feature to do so.... as when you go to the built in recoder the radio is turned off and if u try and switch back the recording stops...

the new SE phones can do record from radio. Also they have a PLAY NOW which is very good. If you have only a smart part of song (7-10 sec) the phone will find everything about the song+download availability.

hum... maybe thats something that nokia should look at doing... ill ask my mate if i can borrow his erm.. is it w900i the big black swiwel... and check it out... but i know what nokia has that they dont...visual radio...lol

Unfortunately, not many phones now adays have that feature due to Laws preventing people from recording phones calls, and phones what do have it have to make a beeping noise every 10 seconds to say that a call is being recorded. I did find a free progam on the internet for Symbian S60 phones and tried it on my N91, but the beeping annoyed me, and you had to open and close the app every time you wanted to record a call, which got very annoying.

My 6230i does it, very good quality aswell, without annoying beeping ruining it. It must be one of the last of the pre-human rights phones before the PC brigade began turning us all into zombie robot things!!
