Email Help Needed

Hi guys, I have finally managed to set up my 3mail account and successfully send a message to my hotmail account. Is it possible to send emails from a hotmail account to a threemail account, as I have sent a couple with no luck retrieving them so far.

Also, how much does sending and retrieving emails cost?

Should be no problem at all mate.

And generally on monthly tariff phones emails are free but you may be on 3 pay...

The problem is that I cannot receive emails then.

I think I have set things up correctly, although when I press the triangle, services and scroll to @ it keeps asking me to register my username (email), which I have already done.

Any other suggestions?

your best bet is to ring 333 and let them talk you through it - unless anyone else can offer you any other help.

from what people are saying now a couple of mins tends to be all you have to wait to get thru.

And do check your allowance of free emails against your tariff - some of the newer ones have only limited deals on free emails unlike some of the original ones I signed up to.

I've been on 3pay since it started and AFAIK have never been charged for sending or receiving an email.

It might be worth trying the phones inbuilt email client to see if you get the same information as you do via the services page.

If not phone CS as killahurts suggests.
