Hello,
Last Friday, I received my LG8120 from Dial-a-Phone. I charged it up, but didn't really use it, apart from to test it. However, today things aren't looking too good...
For round about the last three hours, I've not been able to make or receive calls, or send text messages. For about an hour, the handset showed no signal coverage, now it shows 3/4 bars (with 3G logo), but I still can't make or receive calls - the phone says 'Service Unavailable'.
I've made several attempts to phone 3 customer services from my landline here, but have got bored of holding (and listening to Norah Jones).
Just wondering - is there currently a network problem of some sort, or is this just me? I should point out that all was fine up until roughly 13:30 today... If things don't improve, I'm going to return the handset and say 'bye bye' to 3 - needless to say, I am not impressed so far!
