I have tried , without success, to activate international roaming. On both attempts the 3g operator took my details and after 5 minutes came back with the same story. Her system was running very slowly and would I ring back in a few hours.
I am running out of time and will be abroad shortly, unable to send or receive emails on my Motorola A925.
This is first time I have ever had to use customer service. I have read all the stories of bad service on the message boards and thought you cannot please everyone.
If I cannot get international roaming in the next few days I will cancel my contract forthwith and go back to TMobile.:mad:
