I have just switched from videotalk 750 to 500.

I should get 500 free minutes every month. However, it would so appear that for every minute that I spent on the phone, two minutes are deducted from my free minutes balance.

Has anybody else had this problem?

Three say, 'wait till your next bill and then we'll sort it out'.

Chris.

The automated IVR system doesn't tell you secs, only minutes.

It rounds these up to the nearest minute. So if you are activley checking your minutes it may seem that 2 minutes have been used when its only been a minute and a half.

Although on your bill it clearly states the breakdown in secs as well.

If in doubt check your bill when you get it.

This has been a point of discussion in the past, seems like common sense to me.

dont forget !! you get billed for calling to find out how many mins you have left, so a 1 min phone call followed by 30 secs finding out how many mins are left would be rounded up to 2 mins !! I suggest you check using the 3 services (triangle button) from your phone as that costs nothing

its under my 3 (very bottom right option)
