I recently bought a e313 pay as you go for my nephew for his birthday.So far he has had it two week and as yet not been able to use it because of a faulty sim card.But try as i might i can not get it through to the customer services in india that i just need a new sim card.It`s pretty poor show for this company.:mad: I`m fuming for god sake three wake your ideas up.

As they say 'sh*t happens!'

I would be a liar if I said that similiar has not happened with other network providers.

08707330333 or 333 gets you through to India customer services, look for the 'New or Existing Faults' option, this takes you straight to an Indian techie guy who can get your USIM to you within 10 days or so (push for it to be escalated and you could wait up to 3 or 4 days).
