Can anybody at vodafone say why when you go to my account on vodafone live all the personal info is gone? You were able to get your balance,purchase history etc now there is nothing.

I've also noticed the working "This information may be out of date by up to 72hrs" replaced with "This information my be up to 24hrs out of date" or similar wording to that effect. Does this mean the billing time delays have been improved?

We've been updating our online billing and account system recently which has affected some customers viewing their billing info. We've also revamped the internet on your phone too in recent months so Live! is incorporated in its own section of the online features. It's worth us taking a look at your account though and even speaking with our online team for you to see if there's anything we can do to get it going again.
