Got an email from 3

got a reply about my complaint about the nec e616 3 weeks later. They said if i send it off to be repaired once and its still the same they will give me a free upgrade to the LG 8110.

How long do you reckon they will keep my phone for, they say 48 hours but going on past experiances with 3 i dont believe them

I returned my E616 to them on 3 occasions and each time they collected it on Monday by a courier and was returned to me on the wednesday by Special Delivery Post.
