I want to say WELL DONE to the staff at THREE.
It cannot be easy dealing with some of the complaints you have been getting but I hope that you get a call every now and then that helps you go on with the day!!!
I have been a customer service advisor for a big UK mobile operator previously and now how difficult the job gets. There are customers that appreciate the work you have done for them.
