Article about 3's control centre (Arc)

The Telegraph has printed an article about 3 UK's control centre which is apperently called the 'arc'. Maybe the spelling is slightly amiss and it should read 'ark'. Anyway too long to copy here and a little long-winded but a useful insight none the less.

BTW: The pic shows 3's CEO Bob Fuller smiling at an NEC e616.... surprised he was'nt growling at it!

It's a bit of an uneasy grin. It should have a caption that reads:
"This is the phone I was telling you about, it's completely destroyed my life!"
