Just thought it would be interesting to hear from those who are terminating their service with 3. You can leave your specific comments below but the purpose of the poll is to determine how long it is taking to have your termination request dealt with.

I called to upgrade my handset on Friday, I got through to India and they passed me straight to the customer options team in Glasgow. No wait time and that was around 3pm. I should get my LG tmrw!
Kinda wondered what this poll was all about.
Mind you I was asked if I had waited long and they said they have all new staff in their department but have had a busy two weeks.
looks like three reacted quickly this time though.
Er.... the thread is about wait time in relation to termination requests...nothing to do with upgrades. If you are staying with 3 its hardly likely they would want to annoy you by keeping you waiting to give them more cash!

I think that's pretty standard behaviour for all networks though.
I had a hell of a time trying to cancel and get a PAC out of Vodafone...
Think the fact that the advisors who answer the phone ask if you're looking to cancel or upgrade shows that all customers are being treated the same. I got through today after less than 10 minutes, I remember tryin to cancel my contract with Orange and having to wait almost an hour to get through to the right people.
