My e51 will allow a product code change (but only with the latest NSS!) but won't give me the option of reinstalling any firmware to remove the T-mobile branding. I've used EURO black to try this. Anyone know a code that will allow the change?

I think you'll need to wait until Nokia release a updated firmware so that you can use the online software updater.

Hi pa49,
if you can change the code then is OK.So change to the desired code(my worked fine with 0552196) and then use Nokia Software Updater.It will show you no update available,but click on REINSTALL or INSTALL and that's it.I did posted codes so find it and do it. Good luck.

Yes, yes, I understand all that (been doing it for long enough!) but it would appear that some codes do and some codes don't. Allow a reinstall, that is.

Finally got round to checking this out and 0552196 works OK. Now debranded thanks to Rexton270.
