Looking for codes and inputs for iPhone which has been unlocked

Hello everyone,
I have just recently bought an iPhone from the O2 store and have been able to successfully unlock it to ALL networks (apart from 3), however I need the following codes for my iPhone so that it will work on Orange easily. If anyone knows them, I would appreciate your help :

VPN settings :
EDGE settings : APN / Username / Password
