Nokia N95 8GB problems after debranding

I have Nokia N95 8GB on 3UK network. i recently debrand and updated to firmware 12.0.026 to 15.0.015. now all the software and games that install are gone. Skype is working fine but Msn messenger i cant download from three site, it says expired cirtificate. And some softwares that were already installed in the phone like (3dtones, barcode reader, office, acrobat reader, etc.) these icons are not in the application section anymore, but i can access them in memory card. My question is that anybody know how to bring these icons back in Application folder again.
